2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

U.S. orders: When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.

3. RETURN POLICY

Returns will be issued via store credit only. The shipment must be postdated within seven days of the customer receiving the products. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the order to Arm Kandy Boutique. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

– Arm Kandy Boutique rigorously inspects all products before shipping; therefore, damaged products are unlikely. All returned products will be thoroughly checked for signs of wear and smoke, and if the product does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive the store credit.
